Main responsibilities

Assist People Ops team with company’s recruitment campaigns in collaboration with hiring managers Ensure the company recruitment and employee database are up-to-date, secure and configured correctly Coordinate staff relocation processes, assist with visa applications and other procedures Support employee onboarding, benefits education and enrolment, document management, and termination processing Collaborate on and contribute to company policies and procedures Support members of staff by providing responses to HR related queries Keeping up to date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices Represent Coinmetro company values (passion, proactivity, empathy and integrity) and contribute to our desired company culture Willing to support the company in an open and flexible way Experience in full-cycle technical recruitment Proven work experience as an HR/PO Specialist or similar role Proven work experience with using HR tools (for example BambooHR and Workable), systems, and policies Experience with staff relocation Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company data end employee information Wider interest in HR related topics is favorable HR management related education is beneficial Access to all Udemy Business online courses Online mental health support platform Sports compensation Eyewear compensation Flexible working time The freedom to execute your own ideas in a relaxed environment made up of passionate and motivated colleagues Competitive base pay + other bonuses Loads of room for career development, working with experienced people in an international company A unique opportunity to join the fintech sector, helping us to drive the transformational growth of the crypto industry
