The Culture & Events (C&E) department is an internal service provider tasked with designing and producing social interactions upon which the global BitDAO community, Windranger’s core of tastemakers, and the future of web3 will be built. Our activations facilitate the recruitment and onboarding funnel and leverage multi-sensory experiences that express our culture, build brand equity and connect our community as we grow and evolve.
We are looking for a Program Manager to own relationship building and communication across all our departments, namely, HR and Product design to ensure that our work drives the success of various organizational behaviors (ie. building products, building internal culture and values..) and that our broader event strategies are properly resourced with work from contributors across the organization.
We are natural nurtures, focused on scaffolding the success of the people around us. You need to love people, you need to be fascinated by their behavior and be passionate about the development of cultural system. Areas for impact
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for scaffolding the success of our community and the progress of our projects Coordinate the aggregation of resources across-project and product teams and across various stakeholders across the organization Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities Apply change, risk and resource management to ensure agile and effective project management Assess event performance and aim to maximize ROI Resolve projects’ higher scope issues Working with event stakeholders to ensure daily goals are being met and events on track Monitor all team syncs
Proven experience in events creation and implementation role An understanding of how events can impact a product development lifecycle process Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage Outstanding organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving ability
