The Role We are looking for a passionate Talent Specialist, a confident and hardworking recruiter to bring lots of fresh ideas to this role. This hybrid opportunity is focused on recruitment for our London or Spain locations, where we are building and optimising our recruitment processes and finding innovative ways to attract high performing talent across all our departments. As a Talent Specialist you will work with our Head of Talent and People to design and innovate hiring practices which you will have full ownership over. What you’ll do Focus on recruitment for our London and Spain locations (We also have a 100% remote working practice if needed but would prefer to see you 1-2 times a week!) across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing and Operations. Have a high focus on sourcing for profiles across various online channels and converting a high % of your outreaches Build and engage a pipeline of talented individuals relevant to eterlast to ensure we are always ahead of our hiring plans. You could treat this as your own Talent community project. Find and use innovative thinking in how we attract the best candidates. This can be through Discord Channels, creative advertising campaigns or even on a Twitter thread. Conduct screening calls and psychometric assessments for all positions ensuring they fit our internal hiring ethos. Track and filter our applications and hiring process on our ATS, Workable. Own the relationship with hiring managers in partnership with the Head of Talent and People. Your profile Experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably within Engineering and Product first teams A passion and interest in Web3, particularly Gaming and NFTs is a bonus Self-driven working style and a dynamic communication style, including strong verbal and writing skills with high attention to detail Can-do mentality to achieve the best results.
